About Our Guest Speaker...

Nick Lutkins is a partner and CMO of the Lutkins Realty Group, a top real estate team specializing in Sterling, Ashburn and Leesburg Virginia. As a 30-plus year NOVA resident, Nick is thrilled to share his knowledge of the community with both buyers and sellers.

Despite tough market conditions, the Lutkins Group business soared by 40% in 2023 and they achieved Elite Status at REAL Broker, earning them a spot in the top 1% of REAL Broker agents in the DMV.

Nick was born in Hong Kong, the youngest of four kids, where he was brought up in a diplomatic family. During his childhood, Nick grew up all over the world, living in Sri Lanka, Johannesburg, and Swaziland.

Nick earned degrees in Photography and Marketing Communications from George Washington University, which led him to a long career in the advertising agency world. In 2002, Nick took a bold leap of faith and founded his own agency, Phoenix Creative Group, which prospered and earned numerous industry awards. In 2008, sensing huge changes occurring in the ad agency world, Nick joined forces with his wife, Donna, a successful realtor, and in 2014 they founded the successful Lutkins Realty Group.
