About our presenter...
Norm Edwards is a Managing Partner in the Anser Group which helps leaders at various levels of management and organizations of all sizes, both non-profit and for profit.

He has formal education in Organizational Development and Consulting and is Paterson Center trained in both LifePlan and StratOp as well as TypeCoach certified.

Norm has served as a pastor and missionary for over two decades including a leadership role in a large U.S. based international organization with over 2000 missionaries in over 140 countries of the world.

Brian Weaver is the lead pastor at Holy Trinity Church in McLean, Virginia, where he has served for over four years.

He is also founder of Strategic Global Impact, a ministry that is committed to seeing the Kingdom of God advance through church planting, evangelism, discipleship, and revival.

He has also served as a missionary, along with his wife, Janine, in both Germany and Tanzania, Africa.
