Men's Breakfast with special guest, Jan Zachariasse, CEO & Principal, Waterford2

About Our Guest Speaker...

Jan Zachariasse

Jan Zachariasse

Jan Zachariasse is the CEO and Principal of Waterford2, an Executive and Leadership Coaching practice that specializes in empowering corporate businesses and entrepreneurial enterprises—and the executives and owners that lead them— into discovering their own "Path to Purpose".

Jan was born in the Netherlands and came to the Unites States to join the Marriott Corporation and was involved in a variety of executive positions at hotels in New York City, Newport Beach, California and Portland, Oregon.

It was there that Jan joined Nike and was asked to move to Paris to help position that company as a competitive market force in Europe. After three years, Nike had evolved as one of the most dominant corporate forces in Europe.

Jan returned to the United States to help a Washington DC real estate development company develop a series of hotels. Under his leadership, the company won several industry-wide awards, as well as a Senatorial Award for "Excellence and Organizational Productivity and Performance in the Work Place".

Then Jan started Waterford Development, his own full-service real estate development firm. Over the years, the company evolved from specializing in a variety of residential projects to some of the larger mixed-use projects in the greater Washington DC area.

At the breakfast, Jan will describe some of his experiences from the world of real estate and business and share about his unique personal and professional transformation that has enabled him to take God to work.
